Hi, I’m Noémie (Naomi works too) and I’ve been traveling in Russia for some 10 years.
I know that planning a trip to Russia can be a real nightmare for many, especially in 2024 with sometimes conflicting information online and often dating from the last decade.
If you are short of time or simply don’t know where to start to organize your trip to Russia, on the Trans-Siberian Railway or in the Caucasus independently (understand : without any travel agencies who sell tours often too expensive for what they are really worth), I offer you to plan a tailor-made trip according to your wishes and budget.

Organizing a trip to a country like Russia takes a lot of time, especially if you don’t know the Federation well or very little: “Where should I go? What is really worth visiting? How do I book a train, a hotel ?” … etc
I don’t work for a travel agency so I don’t have ready-made itineraries. With many years of solo travel experience in Russia, I organize your trip according to your criterias.

As said previously, everything will be done according to your wishes and your budget, I do not offer ready-plans or pre-defined itineraries.
I plan your itinerary and then you can book your hotels and train tickets from home at the best prices (and so, without a travel agency, which drastically reduces costs) with your Visa/Mastercard. Yes, despite all the sanctions, there are indeed alternatives.

I create a day-to-day itinerary according to your wishes, pace and travel dates.

Depending on your criteria, I suggest the essential places not to be missed.
Where to eat
I suggest where and what to eat depending on the region you will be visiting, your tastes, etc.
Where to sleep
In accordance with your budget, I propose several choices of accommodation in each city.
Trains
I look for the best trains according to your itinerary to, for example, save a night in a hotel.

How to proceed ?
The first contact is made by email, write me some details of your ideal trip so that I can target your wishes, budget and requirements for your dream trip to Russia.
From there, we will discuss more by email, phone or video call on Telegram or WhatsApp.
My service ends upon the reception of your structured and easy-to-follow travel diary (in PDF format) which will include your detailed day-to-day itinerary, links to book your hotels and trains directly online, customed suggestions in each city and everything that has been discussed beforehand.

Here are examples of itineraries + duration. Again, each itinerary will be specially customed for you.
Note: Unfortunately, I have not yet visited Kamchatka or Chukotka, two regions that are complicated to explore without a guide (and out of budget for me at the moment), so I do not want to even try to offer you some sort of itinerary in these distant lands where I myself have never set foot.

20 days on the trans-siberian

Moscow – Kazan – Irkutsk – Baikal – Ulan Ude – Vladivostok. Included: like the previous ones + the best trains to optimize your time as much as possible.
*Add Paypal fees; E.g about 83€ for the 80€ plan
Extra fee if you would like me to find flight/bus tickets to enter and exit Russia or fill out a border permit application form (e.g. to visit the towers of Ingushetia or Ivangorod’s castle).
